A video I saw on YouTube showed a Chinese girl living in the mountains, building things from scratch. It’s possible that she lives in the mountains, but all of her videos were shot there.
She made videos of her creating dresses and other cosmetics using natural and fresh materials like plants, flowers and bamboo. What a talent, Jesus!
However, I’m not infallible. I googled the topic and found many ways to make lip balms at-home.
Why use homemade lip balms?
I’m sure there are others who don’t trust commercial products or their claims. They prefer natural remedies and prefer to use them as much as possible.
The cosmetic industry is growing and the company’s focus is shifting to more chemical-free products.
The world is more conscious of what’s sustainable and good. Companies are coming up with new ideas, such as personalizing lip balms. They are not many, but they are there.
Let’s first understand how to make lip balm at-home.
GATHER YOUR INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon beeswax. 2 tablespoons shea butter. 2 tablespoons coconut oil. 1/2 teaspoon lipsticks. A few drops of essential oil. An empty container.
- NOW, ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS.
- TURN ON BOILER TO MEDIUM, MIX ALL COMPONENTS, AND PUTS THEM IN THE MIRROWAVE UNTIL THEY CAN MELTS.
- KEEP THEM WORKING TIME TO TIME SO THAT EVERYTHING ELECTS PROPERLY.
- Turn off the BOILER or take it out of the MICROWAVE. Keep the TEMPERATURE WARM by placing it on a container of BOILED WATER. Next, add your choice scent or essential oil to it, 5-7 DROPS.
- Keep the MIXTURE warm and add your choice of color(LIPSTICK).
- STIR IT!
- Once you have finished, pour the mixture into a container and let it cool.
- AFTER COOLING DOWN THE LIP BALM WILL SETTLE AND NOW, YAYYY YOU’RE ALL SET TO TRY OUT YOUR NEW LIP BALM.
